Register within the Booking Engine

Bookings and orders, customer account
In order to make a booking or order, you must enter the data requested in the corresponding form as mandatory data. We process this data for the purpose of carrying out your order and for the required communication with you (Art. 6 Para. 1 (1) (b) GDPR). A telephone number is important for the order process in case there are any questions about the order. You can create a customer account with us in order to simplify future bookings or orders. In this case, we store this data for you for the purpose of facilitating future bookings or orders. You can have your user account deleted at any time by sending an e-mail to us at the contact details listed under “Data controller”. Otherwise, we will delete your data with the complete processing of the contract after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law.

The booking engine uses in particular the social media plugin by Facebook.
The content of the plugin is only transmitted to the respective operator of the social media platform once the button is pressed. We do not have any influence on the data collected and data processing operation, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection, the purposes and the storage periods. The transmitted data is (to our knowledge) the URL of the visited page and the IP address and/or other platform-dependent identification used by you. If you are logged in to the respective social media platform at the same time, the respective operator can assign the visit to these websites to your user account.
